By using StockYatra you agree to use it lawfully and in the spirit of a learning community. This policy sits alongside our Terms of Use.

You agree to

• Use the service for your own genuine practice and learning.
• Keep your account credentials secure and be responsible for activity under your account.
• Respect other learners in any social, community or leaderboard features.
• Provide accurate information where we ask for it.

You must not

• Present StockYatra results as real trading performance, or use them to solicit money or investments from others.
• Use the platform to give paid or unlicensed investment advice, run “tips” or “signals” services, or promote guaranteed returns.
• Cheat the simulation — for example, exploiting bugs, manipulating prices or the coin balance, or abusing automated scripts and bots to gain an unfair edge.
• Attempt to access, scrape at scale, disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or breach the security of our systems or API.
• Impersonate StockYatra, Lacspace, our staff, or any exchange, regulator or company.
• Post unlawful, hateful, harassing, misleading, fraudulent or infringing content.
• Use the service where doing so would breach the laws that apply to you.

Automated access & data

Reasonable, well-behaved crawling of our public pages is welcome. Heavy automated use of our API or data beyond ordinary personal use requires our written permission. Market data is licensed to us for educational display and may not be redistributed or resold.

Enforcement

We may warn, suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and reset simulated balances if we reasonably believe this policy has been breached. Serious abuse may be reported to the relevant authorities.

If you see abuse, fraud, or anyone using StockYatra's name to promise returns, tell us via the contact page.
